Ordinary Returns

For a change-of-mind return, clothing must be unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, with its tags and original packaging. Contact us within 30 days of delivery to request authorization. There is no restocking fee.

How to Request a Return

Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will review your request and provide return authorization and instructions. Please do not send a return before authorization.

The authorized return address is: 6 Bd Du Raumartin, 13700 Marignane, France. This is in France. U.S. customers are responsible for international return postage for change-of-mind returns.

Keep your return shipment receipt and tracking information until your return has been resolved.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect because of our error, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue; photos can help us assess it. We cover the necessary return shipping for these cases.

The unworn, unwashed, tags, and original-packaging conditions for ordinary returns do not prevent you from requesting help for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We will arrange the appropriate resolution after reviewing the issue.

Return Shipping

We cover return shipping when the return is due to our error, a damaged item, or a product defect. For a change of mind, the customer pays return shipping. No restocking fee applies.

Refunds

After a returned item has been received, inspected, and the refund approved, the refund will be returned to the original payment method within 10 calendar days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.
